Missing You

My lovely wife is less than 7 days from a procedure that may transform her life. I am praying for her and will be heading home this Friday to spend the week with her during and after the procedure.

Once she heals we have plans to explore the area from Chicago to New Orleans and the east coast this year.

 It has been a long year to say the least. With the world working from home locked down like kenneled dogs. A tumultuous election over in which nobody won and everyone wants to kill everyone. The future is looking pretty bleak. Or is it? With several new vaccines online it will be interesting to see the outcome of the first waves of vaccines and if they stay effective as the virus mutates as it has shown it does. Time will tell. Meantime I've taken a few pictures this year of the brief travel we did to get out of our St Louis place. I'll post those later. I am getting ready to change up the blog format soon to start cataloging some hiking and RVing and perhaps some cross country road trips..
